Branch office service hours during Christmas 2017 and New Year 2018 will be as follows:

Customers can still use electronic channels to access services at ease, such as KlikBCA and BCA Mobile as well more than 17,570 ATM BCA machines. For cash deposit services, customers can still utilize BCA Cash Deposit ATM and BCA Deposit Withdrawal ATM, available 24 hours a day. Customers in Jakarta and Surabaya can also utilize myBCA digital branch services that remains open throughout the holiday season of Christmas 2017 and New Year 2018. Located at malls, myBCA digital branches is available from Monday-Sunday at 10.00-22.00. Information about myBCA locations and services can be found on www.bca.co.id Halo BCA also remains available, ready to serve customers 24 hours at 1500888.
“If you forget to bring your wallet or do not have money on you when going out, simply utilize BCA mobile or Sakuku Plus service and perform cardless cash withdrawal transactions at ATM BCA. Note in mind, to avoid unwanted things, please do not share your PIN with anyone.”
In this end of year, BCA has prepared Rp 48 trillion in cash from 20 December 2017 until 2 January 2018.
Flazz BCA can now be used at all tollgates in Jabodetabek, Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Surabaya, Bali, Makassar and Medan for your convenience during this holiday season.
For customers interested in receiving information on BCA banking, they can now chat with VIRA BCA (Virtual Assistant Chat Banking) through LINE app, Facebook Messenger, and Kaskus. To this day, VIRA fans on LINE app has reached 1 million fans.
