BCA Ready to Fulfill Customer Banking Needs on Eid Mubarak 2017

Jakarta, 20 June 2017 – Throughout the Eid Mubarak 2017 holiday period, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) continues to keep its commitment to provide the best customer service. Below is the adjustment of BCA branch operations during Eid Mubarak 2017:

In addition to branch services, customers may also utilize BCA services, anywhere and anytime, through its electronic channel, such as internet banking (KlikBCA), BCA mobile as well as performing transactions at more than 17,200 ATM BCA. For customers wishing to deposit cash, they may use BCA Deposit-Withdrawal ATMs scattered in many locations.

Customers in Jakarta and Surabaya can also utilize myBCA digital branches that continue operating throughout the holiday period. Located in malls, myBCA digital branches can be accessed from Monday-Sunday, with operating hours between 10:00 - 20:00. Halo BCA is also ready to serve customers 24 hours at 1500888.

“A few weeks prior to Eid, BCA has prepared cash to serve customer’s needs throughout the Eid Mubarak holidays. This year, we have prepared around Rp 44 trillion,” said President Director of BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja.

BCA also offers ease and convenience for customers on holiday with Flazz BCA electronic money payment facilities at number of toll roads, such as:

  • Tol Cipali (Cikarang Utama – Purbaleunyi, Cikarang Utama – Palimanan, and the opposite directions)
  • Tol Margabumi (Surabaya – Gresik, and the opposite direction)
  • Tol Waru (Bandara Surabaya – Kota Surabaya, and the opposite direction)
  • Tol Makassar (Section 1 and Section 4)

Information on nearest ATM location and latest promotions throughout the holidays are easily accessible to the customers via VIRA chat services. Customers can also utilize cashless deposit withdrawals facility with BCA mobile and Sakuku Plus.

“If you forget to bring your wallet or do not have money on you when going out, go to BCA mobile or Sakuku Plus from your smartphone and perform cardless cash withdrawal transaction at ATM BCA. Note in mind, to avoid unwanted things, please do not share your m-BCA/Sakuku PIN and Cash Withdrawal Code to anyone.”
