As a Form of Commitment to Service Excellence, BCA Always by Customer’s Side During End of Year Holiday Season 2018

Jakarta, 20 December 2018 – Throughout the holiday season of Christmas 2018 and New Year 2019, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) continues to provide the best banking services to all customers.

Branch office service hours during Christmas 2018 and New Year 2019 will be as follows:

Besides branch offices, customers can still use e-Banking BCA to access services at ease, from anywhere, at any time, such as KlikBCA and BCA Mobile as well as more than 17,570 ATM BCA machines. For cash deposit services, customers can still utilize BCA Cash Deposit and BCA Deposit Withdrawal ATM, available 24 hours a day.

Customers in Jakarta and Surabaya can also utilize myBCA digital branch services that remains open throughout the holiday season of Christmas 2018 and New Year 2019. Located at malls, myBCA digital branches is available from Monday-Sunday at 10.00-22.00.

“End of Year Holiday Season 2018 becomes more practical, various BCA digital-based banking solutions are available to serve customers. For example, our latest feature, QRku, is ready to meet your needs for bank transfer payment,” explained Jahja Setiaatmadja, President Director of BCA.

QRku is a transfer feature that can be done by simply scanning a QR code. Need not worry about sending money to unknown account, because QR code serves as a replacement code for a savings account number, complete with the customer’s name. QRku is available on BCA Mobile and Sakuku Plus.

Anticipating the needs of cash during this holiday period, BCA has prepared Rp33 trillion in cash. Another ease of service that BCA provides to facilitate customers who needs cash while on holiday. Customers can use BCA Mobile or Sakuku Plus to perform cardless withdrawal from ATM BCA.
