• Every purchase for minimum of IDR100,000 in participating stores at CL Club, Mal Ciputra Jakarta (exclude certain stores, check the participating store here) on the same day can be exchanged for 1 Lucky Prize point
• Earn double (2) Lucky Prize points for transactions with QRIS via myBCA/BCA mobile, BCA Debit, BCA Credit Card (multiples apply)
• CL Club point redemption is not valid during the Christmas Lucky Prize period
• Point collection period: December 6, 2024 - January 5, 2025. Points can be redeemed at the customer service counters on UG East and North, 10.00 - 21.00 WIB
• Christmas Lucky Prize winners will be announced on January 7, 2025, via the CL Club App and Instagram @MalCiputraJkt

• This program is exclusively for Gold and Black CL Club member
• Valid shopping receipts are only those issued using a store’s cash register. Receipts or invoices issued by stores using printed notes or computer printouts, even if stamped or sealed by the store, are not valid. If there are corrections or changes to the date or purchase value on the receipt, it will be deemed invalid and cannot be exchanged for Lucky Prize Points
• The Christmas Lucky Prize program does not apply to:(i) All purchases from exhibition counters, (ii) Banks in Mal Ciputra Jakarta, (iii) Bank transactions (including all types of purchases), (iv) Payments made via banks or ATMs, (v) Money changers (currency exchange and/or foreign currency purchases), (vi) Purchases of SIM cards and prepaid phone credit vouchers from any mobile operator, (vii) Jewelry stores (purchases of gold, diamonds, and any type of precious metals sold in these stores)
• This program is not open to store owners, tenants, store employees, and their families
• Valid shopping receipts are those showing full payment, whether by cash or non-cash transactions
• Shopping receipts may not be shared with other customers for redemption, and customers are prohibited from collecting receipts from others
• Customers and tenants of Mal Ciputra Jakarta are not allowed to split the purchase value into smaller transactions to increase the chance of receiving more rewards. If a customer is caught collecting receipts that do not belong to them or asking for receipts from others, their transactions will be canceled, and the Lucky Prize Points will be forfeited. They will also be disqualified from participating in the Special Gift program
• All decisions by Mal Ciputra Jakarta Management are final and cannot be contested. The management reserves the right to unilaterally cancel rewards if fraud is detected or if terms and conditions are not met
• Mal Ciputra Jakarta Management also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute during the program, both parties agree to resolve it through mutual deliberation and consensus
• By participating in the Christmas Lucky Prize program, customers are considered to have agreed to all applicable terms and conditions
