Discount 10% for registering CBN bills using Autopay BCA

• Valid for new CBN Fiber customers or existing customers who have not used BCA Autopay payments
• Customers register for Autopay for CBN Fiber bills through the BCA Autopay registration form at CBN
• Valid for all CBN Fiber packages, except CBN Fiber SOHO packages
• The 10% subscription discount from the monthly bill is effective on the following month's bill after the customer's Autopay BCA registration is approved and is valid for 12 months.
• If at the time of registration of Autopay BCA the customer still has an outstanding bill that has not been paid, then the customer must pay off the bill.
• Minimum subscription of 12 months for new and existing customers, if stopped before the subscription period, CBN will bill the remaining subscription fee that has not been billed, unless the Cardholder closes the Credit Card, then CBN will bill the customer directly for the remaining balance.
• Customers are not allowed to change the type of subscription package during the contract period, if the customer stops subscribing for less than the contract period for any reason, a penalty will be imposed for the remaining contract time.
• The maximum credit card submission and validation for BCA autopay needs is 2 times the application process from CBN to BCA for 1 CBN FIBER ACCOUNT. If more than 2 submissions have been made, it is not permitted to resubmit the BCA Autopay program. Valid for the same card type or different card types.
• For existing customers, if the CBN Fiber service is frozen for not making a payment beyond the grace period (card rejected), the free benefit can be revoked and cannot be rolled back to the next month even though the customer has made a payment using any method (reactivation)
• If there is a debit failure on the BCA Credit Card for a period of 2 consecutive months, CBN has the right to revoke all forms of promo program benefits provided
• Promo cannot be combined with other similar promotions
• Promo applies to all types of BCA credit cards except BCA Singapore Airlines, BCA Visa Corporate and Corporate Business Account credit cards
• Promo is valid for certain areas in accordance with CBN regulations
• Promo is valid for bill payment registration with Autopay BCA during the period 23 June - 23 July 2023.
