Important Information for Customers Whose BCA Passbook/Card is Reported Lost

Dear BCA Customers,

We would like to inform you about a changes in the mechanism for customer account that have reported a lost passbook or card.

  • Before the change: Customers were unable to receive credit transactions (incoming funds) or debit transactions (outgoing funds)
  • After the change: Customers will able to receive credit transactions (incoming funds), but will not be able to perform debit transactions (outgoing funds)*

These changes will be effective as of August 4, 2023, and will apply to BCA Dollar, Tahapan Xpresi, TabunganKu, Tapres, and SimPel account holders.

*) Note: To perform normal incoming/outgoing transactions, customers can visit the nearest BCA branch to replace their lost passbook/card.
