Information on Maintenance of e-Banking Transaction Services

Dear BCA Customers,

BCA will be conducting system maintenance that will affect several transaction services on: 

Sunday, December 07, 2025 at 00:00 – 04:30 WIB

During the maintenance period, there will be an impact on BCA e-Banking services, such as: 

  • myBCA: cannot be accessed during maintenance.
  • BCA mobile: the features for opening accounts, OneKlik settings, Sakuku transfers, BagiBagi, and foreign currency transfers cannot be accessed during maintenance. 
  • KlikBCA: the features Register & Transfer to Other Domestic Bank Accounts, OR Transfer, Deposit Information, Government Securities, KSEI Access, KeyBCA Administration (Change & Add), Tahaka Information (Term Deposits), LLG/RTGS/BI FAST Transfer, and Sakuku Top Up will be unavailable during maintenance.
  • ATM BCA: BI FAST Transfer, Cardless Sakuku Cash Out, Sakuku Top Up, and Debit Card Activation features will be unavailable during maintenance
