BCA e-Banking Transaction Service Maintenance Information

Dear BCA Customers,

BCA will be conducting system maintenance that will affect several transaction services on:

Sunday, July 13, 2025, at 00:00 – 04:00 WIB

During this maintenance period, BCA e-Banking services will be temporarily adjusted as follows:

  • myBCA: Temporarily unavailable (full maintenance)
  • ATM BCA: Still available for cash withdrawals and balance inquiries
  • KlikBCA Individu: Accessible, but BI-FAST and Foreign Currency Transfer services will be temporarily unavailable
  • BCA mobile:  The m-BCA menu remains accessible, but BI-FAST, Foreign Currency Transfer, and QRIS features will be unavailable
