During the holy month of Ramadhan, BCA makes an adjustment to hours its branch offices throughout Indonesia. Effective from Thursday, 24 March 2023, customers can perform various transactions at BCA branches until 14.30 local time.
Here is information on some transaction services with adjusted service hours at each BCA branch:
Customers can still enjoy BCA services anywhere and anytime through myBCA, BCA mobile, and KlikBCA. For cash transactions, customers can also use ATM BCA located throughout Indonesia.
