Notification of Temporary Offering Suspension of BNP Paribas Pesona and Schroder Syariah Balanced Fund

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to thank you for trusting PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA”) as Mutual Fund Selling Agent (“APERD”).

Hereby we inform you that starting on August 29, 2022, BCA will temporarily suspend Mutual Fund offering of BNP Paribas Pesona managed by PT BNP Paribas Asset Management (PT BNP) and Schroder Syariah Balanced Fund managed by PT Schroder Investment Management Indonesia (PT SIMI).

In accordance to the temporary suspension of the Mutual Fund offering stated above, we convey the following information:

1. As of August 29, 2022, transaction service for BNP Paribas Pesona and Schroder Syariah Balanced Fund that are provided by BCA will be limited to :
   1. redemption of BNP Paribas Pesona and Schroder Syariah Balanced Fund participation units; and/or
   2. switching out of:
      1. BNP Paribas Pesona participation units to other Mutual Funds managed by PT BNP;
      2. Schroder Syariah Balanced Fund participation units to other Mutual Funds managed by PT SIMI.
2. Should you have registered auto-subscription of BNP Paribas Pesona and/or Schroder Syariah Balanced Fund at BCA, the auto-subscription of those Mutual Funds will be automatically terminated as of August 29, 2022.

If at some time later BCA re-offer BNP Paribas Pesona and the Schroder Syariah Balanced Fund, BCA will inform you through BCA media (such as BCA website, Welma, and/or other media).
