During the holy month of Ramadhan, BCA makes an adjustment to operating hours of its branch offices throughout Indonesia will be adjusted to following the PPKM level settings implemented by the Government. The adjustment will take effect starting Monday, 04 April 2022, with details as follows:

For BCA customers who carry out export and import transactions through BCA branches, the operational hours changed to:

Customers can still use BCA services anywhere and anytime through myBCA, BCA mobile, and KlikBCA. For customers who wish to make cash transactions can also use ATM BCA.
