Hello, BCA customers. Are you still getting receipts from the ATM machine as proof of transactions? You would better pay a little more attention and beware of scams using fake ATM receipts.
Do these tips to stay away from fake ATM receipts proof scams.
- Request an SMS notification activation for any transaction to the nearest BCA’s Customer Services for precaution. With SMS notification, you can track any transaction in real-time. If there is an ATM receipt, but you did not receive an SMS notification, you should be suspicious.
- If you received an ATM receipt as proof of transactions, check your balance or mutation immediately through BCA’s facilities, such as BCA ATM, KlikBCA, or BCA mobile.
