How to Activate myBCA Keyboard?

Let’s activate your myBCA Keyboard and feel the convenience:

Log in to the myBCA app.
Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
Select myBCA Keyboard and tap Continue.
Tap Activate Now to go to your phone’s keyboard settings

For Android users, turn on the myBCA Keyboard toggle.
For iOS users, turn on the myBCA Keyboard toggle and enable Full Access to use the banking features on the keyboard.

Return to the myBCA app, and a confirmation message will appear once the myBCA Keyboard is active!

How to Transact Using myBCA Keyboard?

Once myBCA Keyboard is active, it can be used for various transactions:

Check Account History via myBCA Keyboard

Open the keyboard in a chat application or anywhere.
Select the BCA icon, then log in to myBCA.
Select Account Transactions.
Choose which account you want to check the history for.
Account history details will appear!

Transfer to BCA Account via myBCA Keyboard

Open the keyboard in a chat application or anywhere.
Select the BCA icon, then log in to myBCA.
Select Transfer to BCA Account.
Select/enter the destination account number.
Enter the nominal amount to transfer.
Select the source account.
Enter the transfer description.
Re-check transaction details; if correct, click Continue.
Enter your PIN.
Transfer successful!

Transfer Virtual Account BCA via myBCA Keyboard

Open the keyboard in a chat application or anywhere.
Select the BCA icon, then log in to myBCA.
Select Transfer to Virtual Account.
Select/enter the BCA Virtual Account number.
The transaction amount will appear, or enter the transaction amount, then click Continue.
Select the source account.
Re-check transaction details; if correct, click Continue.
Enter your PIN.
Transfer successful!
