BCA ID and password are required to log in to myBCA or haloBCA. If you have forgotten your BCA ID password or entered it incorrectly and caused it to be blocked, you can reset your password. Resetting BCA ID Password can be done directly through myBCA or the haloBCA app.
How to Reset Password in the myBCA App
If the BCA ID password needs to be reset, follow these steps.

Open the myBCA app
Select Reset Password
Enter the BCA ID and ATM card number
Complete identity verification
Enter the new password and re-enter it to confirm the new password
Enter myBCA PIN
Select the mobile phone number to be verified
Complete verification by entering the OTP code sent to the selected mobile phone number*
The BCA ID password has been successfully reset.

How to Reset Password in the myBCA Website
If the BCA ID is blocked, contact Halo BCA and request to unblock it. Halo BCA can be contacted via the Help Center feature in the myBCA app, the haloBCA app, or by calling 1500888.
Enter the new password and re-enter it to confirm the new password, then complete verification using an OTP code or KeyBCA
The BCA ID password has been successfully reset.
To ensure that the new password is correct, log in with the BCA ID and new password. If it is successful, it means that the reset has been successful and can be used to access myBCA or the haloBCA app.
Besides myBCA, you can also reset your password through the haloBCA app using the same method.
