How to Reset Password via myBCA
If you need to reset your BCA ID password, do the following steps.
To ensure that the new password is correct, log in with the BCA ID and new password. If it is successful, it means that the reset has been successful and can be used to access myBCA or the haloBCA app.
Besides myBCA, you can also reset your password through the haloBCA app using the same method.
Don’t forget to always maintain the confidentiality of your sensitive banking data, such as password, PIN, ATM card number, OTP code, and CVV code.
