How to Check Your BCA e-Statement via the myBCA App

For all BCA customers, are you familiar with the term e-Statements?

E-Statement is a report that records account mutations, credit card information/bills, fund product portfolios, credit products, investment products and tax deduction documents owned by the customer.

Typically e-Statement are used for various financial purposes, such as personal financial management, monitoring investment performance and matching business transactions.

To check e-Statement information, including savings accounts, checking accounts, credit cards, tax deduction documents, and customer portfolio reports, you can do so online, including through myBCA. This e-Statement information can be displayed for the past several years, with monthly periods.

How to Check Savings or Giro e-Statements

  1. Log in to myBCA
  2. Select Others
  3. Select e-Statement
  4. Select Savings & Current Accounts
  5. Select an account (if you have more than one) and then select period
  6. The e-Statement will appear based on the period you selected, click the download icon to download the e-Statement

How to Check Credit Card e-Statements and Paylater

  1. Log in to myBCA
  2. Select Others
  3. Select e-Statement
  4. Select Credit Card and Paylater
  5. Select your Customer No. (if you have more than one) and then select period
  6. The e-Statement will appear based on the period you selected, click the download icon to download the e-Statement

 

How to Check Customer Portfolio Report e-Statements

  1. Log in to myBCA
  2. Select Others
  3. Select e-Statement
  4. Select Customer Portfolio Report
  5. Select the report type and then select period
  6. The e-Statement will appear based on the period you selected, click the download icon to download the e-Statement

How to Check e-Statement Tax Withholding Proof Documents

  1. Log in to myBCA
  2. Select Others
  3. Select e-Statement
  4. Select Withholding Tax Receipt
  5. Choose period type (monthly or annual), then select the period you want to view
  6. e-Statement will appear according to the selected type and period, click download icon to download e-Statement
