This transaction applies to partner banks in Thailand that are integrated with the QRIS such as Bank CIMB Thai, BBL (Bangkok Bank), BAY (Bank of Ayudhya), Krungthai Bank (KTB), CIMB Thai, Kasikorn Bank (KBANK), and Siam Commercial Bank (SCB). - Malaysia

Transactions are valid for partner banks in Malaysia that are integrated with the QRIS network such as Public Bank Berhad, Razer Merchant Services Sdn Bhd, United Overseas Bank Berhad, TNG Digital Sdn Bhd, Axiata Digital eCode Sdn Bhd (Boost), AmBank Malaysia Berhad, Maybank Berhad, and Hong Leong Bank Berhad.

Make a transaction payment by scanning the QR code printed on the merchant’s EDC machine. The amount will appear automatically and you just need to scan the QR to pay.
- Open BCA mobile, select the ‘QRIS’ menu
- Scan the QR issued by the merchant
- Payable transaction amount will appear automatically
- Review the transaction details and confirm the payment by clicking ‘OK’
- Enter your m-BCA PIN
- Transaction is successful
Pay for QRIS transactions by scanning the QR available at the merchant, usually in the form of a sticker or tent card. Here are the steps:
- Open BCA mobile, select the ‘QRIS’ menu
- Scan the QR displayed on the merchant’s tent card
- Enter the transaction amount
- Review the transaction details and confirm the payment by clicking ‘OK’
- Enter your m-BCA PIN
- Transaction is successful
The same applies to merchants in Indonesia, Cross Border QRIS can also be beneficial because foreign tourists in Indonesia can also directly transact easily through QRIS scans available at merchants (both from EDC machines/Stickers).

- Enter the amount, then confirm by pressing ‘Enter’
- Wait a moment, the EDC machine will print a QR code receipt. Ask the customer to scan the QR code to make a payment.
- If successful, the EDC machine will print a receipt
- Open the QR Merchant Service website at https://qr.klikbca.com/then enter your email and password
- An incoming transaction details will appear
- Open BCA Merchant Application
- Select ‘Transaksi’
- Records of all incoming transactions will appear on the screen
- Click on Cross-Border QRIS transaction history to view detailed transaction details
