- Enter "Meter/IDPEL"
- Select "Lanjut"
- Check the information on phone screen. If the information is correct, select
"Bayar"

- Open the BCA mobile app
- Select “m-Payment”
- Select “Publik/Utilitas”
- Select “PLN” in the company section and enter your PLN customer ID
- Make sure that the bill is correct, and then click “Ok”
- Enter your m-BCA PIN to finalize payment

- Log in to klikbca.com on your mobile browser
- Select the “Payment” menu then the “Pembayaran Listrik/PLN” menu
- You will be asked to enter your Customer ID. Soon, the electricity bill for the month will

- Activate your KeyBCA and select APPLI1 on KeyBCA
- Enter the number appeared on KeyBCA screen in the KeyBCA APPLI1 and send
