When transferring money, we sometimes mistakenly input the wrong account number. This would no longer be a problem with BI Fast feature accessible via myBCA, making it easier for you to transfer money.
The feature, called Proxy Address, allows you to create an alias for a particular account number by using a phone number or email registered in BCA. A Proxy Address can only be used for 1 (one) account only, but 1 (one) account can use several Proxy Addresses.
You can use this feature if you already have a BCA account, such as Tahapan, Tapres, Tahapan Gold, Tahapan Xpresi, and Individual Rupiah Giro accounts.
How to manage proxy address in myBCA:
- Open myBCA, click “Rekening Saya” and select “Kontrol Akun”
- Select “Proxy Address” and click “Daftarkan Proxy Address”
- Select a phone number or email and an account number for the Proxy Address, and then click “Lanjut”
- Confirm by entering KeyBCA Appli 1 response, fill in the check box and click “Lanjut”
- Proxy Address is successfully registered and ready to use as a substitute for your account number.
- Open myBCA, click “Rekening Saya” and select “Kontrol Akun”
- Select the Proxy Address that you want to delete and click the trash bin icon besides it
- Confirm by entering KeyBCA Appli 1 response, fill in the check box and click “Lanjut”
- Proxy Address is successfully deleted
- Open myBCA, click “Rekening Saya” and select “Kontrol Akun”
- Select the Proxy Address you want to modify and click the edit icon besides it
- Select a new account number for the Proxy Address and click “Lanjut”
- Confirm by entering KeyBCA Appli 1 response, fill in the check box and click “Lanjut”
- Proxy Address is successfully edited
- Open myBCA and select “Transfer”
- Select “Ke Proxy Address”, fill in the Proxy Address and click “Lanjut”
- Fill in the fund source, amount, description, and objective of the transaction
- Enter 8 digits displayed on KeyBCA Appli 2, enter KeyBCA Appli 2 response and click “Lanjut”
- Check the transaction detail, enter KeyBCA Appli 1 response, and click “Lanjut”
- Transaction is successful
How to manage Proxy Address in myBCA mobile version :
- Go to “Akun Saya” menu
- Choose “Kontrol Akun”
- Choose “Proxy Address”
- Choose “Daftarkan Proxy Address”
- Choose phone number or email that you want to be registered
- Choose account number that you want to connect with phone or email
- Choose “Lanjut”
- Input myBCA PIN for confirming
- Proxy Address is successfully registered
- Go to “Akun Saya”
- Choose “Kontrol Akun”
- Choose “Proxy Address”
- Slide registered Proxy Address and choose “Ubah”
- Choose account that want to be registered with Proxy Address
- Choose “Lanjut”
- Input myBCA PIN to confirming
- Account registered to Proxy Address successfully changed
- Go to “Akun Saya” menu
- Choose “Kontrol Akun”
- Choose “Proxy Address”
- Slide registered Proxy Address and choose “Hapus”
- Choose “Lanjut”
- Input myBCA PIN to confirming
- Registered phone or email in Proxy Address successfully deleted
- Go to “Akun Saya”
- Choose “Transfer Proxy Address”
- Input destination Proxy Address phone or email
- Choose transfer destination, choose fund source, write the message and choose transaction reason
- Re confirm transaction details
- Input myBCA PIN
- Transfer succeed
