Household Guard is a family protection plan marketed to BCA customers based on a collaboration between PT Chubb General Insurance Indonesia (Chubb) and PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA). This product offers personal accident benefit in the form of total permanent disablement or accidental death benefit, monthly living supplies for 12 months, and monthly living expenses. This product is marketed through telemarketing.

3. Offers personal accident benefit up to Rp200,000,000 as follows*:
• Accidental total permanent disablement or accidental death
• Compensation up to Rp4,000,000 per month for a maximum of 12 months for living supplies, such as clothing and food
• Compensation up to Rp4,000,000 per month for a maximum of 12 months for living expenses, such as electricity bills and credit card bills for accidents
4. Covering the Insured 24 hours a day anywhere around the world

Benefits

1. Accidental Death Benefit
   means death occurring:
• as a result of accidental injury; and
• within a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days of the accident causing the injury and includes disappearance and exposure.
2. Total Permanent Disablement Benefit
   Means disablement occurring:
• as a result of accidental injury; and
• within a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days of the accident causing the injury, and which, having lasted for a continuous and interrupted period of at least three hundred and sixty-five (365) days, will, in all probability, entirely prevent a person from engaging in gainful employment of any and every kind for the remainder of that person’s life.

The Insurer will only pay the Insured the Accidental Permanent Disability Benefit according to the specified percentage limit.

3. Monthly Living Supplies Benefit
   In the event of accidental death or total permanent disablement, the Insurer will pay Monthly Living Supplies Benefit to the Insured or the beneficiary for twelve (12) months, specified in the Insured’s Policy Schedule applicable at the time of the accident causing the injury or permanent disablement.
4. Monthly Living Expenses Benefit
   In the event of accidental death or total permanent disablement, the Insurer will pay Monthly Living Expenses Benefit to the Insured or the beneficiary for twelve (12) months, specified in the Insured’s Policy Schedule applicable at the time of the accident causing the injury or permanent disablement.
