Product Specification

Cashless Services at Cigna and IM Care 177 Provider throughout Indonesia

  • Cashless service means members simply swipe their card for hospitalization or surgery treatment at Provider partners. 
  • Main Insured and Spouse must produce their KTP upon their visit to Provider, meanwhile, Dependents use the ID card of the Policyholder. 
  • The amount of benefit payable is according to the Member Benefits, the excess is borne by the Member. 
  • Claims for treatment costs carried out outside the Provider partners (both in Indonesia and abroad), direct reimbursement to Cigna is applied.

Local Ambulance Services and Domestic Service Assistance

  • Local Ambulance Service is an emergency service for evacuation that takes place less than 150 km from the registered residence and is within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. 
  • Domestic Service Assistance is an emergency service for evacuation that takes place within the distance of 150 km or more from the registered residence, located within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia and for trips that do not exceed 90 days.

Member Card can be used for discounts (between 5 – 25%) at merchant partners including Kiddie Cuts, Tumble Tots, and many more.

This product can include Spouse and Children, in which the Policyholder named as the Main Insured if they wish to include spouse and/or children.

Hospital Income Plan for daily hospitalization and surgery

  • Daily hospitalization is 100 days/illness or injury due to an accident/year. 
  • Surgery benefit provided is according to the Schedule of Operations, depending on the types of surgical procedure.
