  • Ensure your smartwatch is running at least WatchOS 8.0 (Apple) or WearOS 3.0 (Google).
  • QRIS Tap payments via NFC Pay are currently only available on smartwatches running Google Wear OS.
  • Update myBCA app to enjoy the latest smartwatch features.

Connecting myBCA to a Smartwatch

To connect myBCA to your smartwatch, make sure that:

  • Bluetooth on your mobile phone is turned on and the smartwatch is connected to your phone.
  • The myBCA app has been downloaded to your smartwatch via the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).
  • myBCA on your smartwatch is open so it can connect to myBCA on your phone.

Here’s how to activate the connection to your smartwatch via myBCA.

  • On your smartwatch, open myBCA
  • Continue by logging in to myBCA on your mobile phone
  • Go to Settings
  • Select Smartwatch Connection, then tap Continue
  • Tap Connect Now
  • Return to myBCA on your smartwatch and tap Make Connection
  • Continue on myBCA on your mobile phone and select the smartwatch you want to connect
  • Read and agree to the Smartwatch Connection Terms and Conditions, then enter your PIN
  • Your smartwatch is now successfully connected
