For the fifth consecutive time, BCA was awarded the Gallup Global Customer Engagement 2025 award by Gallup. This award confirms BCA's excellence in building customer loyalty and trust through quality and sustainable interactions.
Gallup is a global performance management consulting firm in the United States. The Gallup Customer Engagement Survey is conducted annually to evaluate companies' effectiveness in building relationships with customers. The results of this survey are used as a reference for awarding prestigious awards to companies that have successfully maintained high customer loyalty and satisfaction levels.
BCA Deputy President Director Armand Hartono said that Gallup's Global Customer Engagement award is a positive motivation to continue ensuring that quality service to customers remains a priority.
