Jakarta, 10 March 2026 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has adjusted the operating hours of its branch offices during the Silent Day and Eid al-Fitr holidays and collective leave period in 2026. The adjustment follows the collective leave schedule set by the government for 18-24 March 18-24 2026.
Below are the details of BCA branch office operations during the 2026 Silent Day and Idulfitri holidays and collective leave period:

During limited operations, branches can only serve the following transactions:
- Non-financial transactions at the Customer Service (CS) counter include opening/closing accounts, changing data, replacing cards, registering facilities, and other non-financial
- Financial transactions at the teller counter include deposits, withdrawals, transfers, fund transfers via BI-FAST, and others (clearing transactions, transfers via RTGS/SKNBI, and foreign exchange services cannot be served because BI is not operating).
"BCA is committed to maintaining smooth operations and financial services for all customers during the collective leave of Silent Day and Eid al-Fitr holidays in 2026. We ensure that customers can continue to access various financial services from BCA through various channels using hybrid banking services. We respond to the momentum of Silent Day and Eid al-Fitr, which are synonymous with increased transaction activity, with system, network, and service channel readiness so that customers can continue to transact safely and comfortably," said BCA President Director Hendra Lembong.
BCA provides 24-hour banking services that customers can use anytime through digital platforms such as myBCA, BCA mobile, and KlikBCA. Customers who wish to make deposits or withdrawals during this period can also utilize the cardless feature on myBCA and BCA mobile, allowing ATM transactions to be carried out conveniently.
“With reliable digital infrastructure and ATM networks, BCA is committed to supporting smooth transactions and meeting the financial needs of the community during Silent Day and Eid al-Fitr, so that customers can celebrate and enjoy time with their families safely and comfortably,” said Hendra.
All BCA branches will resume normal operations on 25 March. BCA urges all customers to remain vigilant against various types of fraud perpetrated in the name of BCA, especially during Silent Day and Eid al-Fitr.
