Jakarta, 20 December 2025 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is adjusting the operational schedule of its branch offices during the 2025 Christmas and 2026 New Year holidays and collective leave period. This adjustment follows the national holiday and collective leave as stipulated by the government for 25–26 December 2025 and 1 January 2026.
Here are the operational adjustments of BCA branch offices during the 2025 Christmas and 2026 New Year holidays and collective leave period:

President Director BCA Hendra Lembong said, "During the 2025 Christmas and 2026 New Year holidays, we are committed to ensuring that all BCA digital services are available to customers and the public whenever needed. The myBCA app, BCA mobile, KlikBCA, and a network of more than 20,000 BCA ATMs across Indonesia have been prepared with high reliability standards. We hope that all customers can conduct transactions safely and comfortably, from those who are on vacation, gathering with family, to those who are still on duty and working."
During the 2025 Christmas and 2026 New Year period, new accounts can still be opened entirely digitally through myBCA and BCA mobile. Various transaction needs, such as payments via QRIS, Flazz top-ups, bill payments, and data package top-ups, can also be done easily through both applications. For customers who need a deferred payment option to meet urgent needs, they can utilize the BCA Paylater service after registering on the myBCA app.
Customers who are vacationing abroad can also make transactions in foreign currencies anytime and anywhere through the Poket Valas feature on myBCA. This feature provides 18 foreign currency options connected to a single account. Debit and cash withdrawal transactions in foreign currencies will be deducted directly from the Poket Valas balance, without conversion to rupiah.
Recently, BCA has also expanded access to QRIS Tap from the myBCA app to various modes of public transportation, including TransJakarta, Jakarta LRT, Jakarta MRT, and Commuter Line trains. This innovation allows users to make payments with a single tap using their mobile phones or smartwatches. Specifically for smartwatches, BCA recently announced the myBCA on Smartwatch innovation, which allows customers to view their balance and transaction history and make cardless transactions such as QRIS Tap and QRIS CPM (Customer Presented Mode) directly from their wrists.
