BCA Inaugurates Kas Tanjung Senang Sub-Branch Office, Strengthening Customer Services in Bandar Lampung

Bandar Lampung, 19 June 2025 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) officially opened the Kas Tanjung Senang Sub-Branch Office (KCP), located in Jl. Ratu Dibalau, Tanjung Senang, Bandar Lampung, on Wednesday (18/6). This inauguration highlights BCA's dedication to fostering economic growth in Bandar Lampung by offering accessible financial services and seamless transactions to its customers in the surrounding sub-districts.

The opening ceremony of KCP Kas Tanjung Senang was attended by Head of BCA Regional Office VI Suhardjo Moeliadi, Head of BCA Main Branch Office Lubuklinggau Royani Karundeng, Head of BCA Main Branch Office Metro Buyung Husin, Head of BCA Branch Operations Main Branch Office Bandar Lampung Andryas Chandra, Head of BCA Branch Business Development Main Branch Office Bandar Lampung Barnabas Anugrahu, BCA Sub-Branch Heads, and loyal customers.

Head of BCA Regional Office VI Suhardjo said, “The inauguration of Kas Tanjung Senang Sub-Branch Office is BCA’s commitment to fostering communication and personal connections with customers amidst the development of digital services. We hope that the presence of this Sub-Branch Office can provide comprehensive banking access to encourage local economic growth, while providing tangible benefits to customers and stimulating economic activity in the region.”

KCP Kas Tanjung Senang, which is a sub-district in Bandar Lampung within region VI, has vast potential to be developed with its location approximately 6.8 km from Tanjung Karang, the main trade center in Bandar Lampung. This potential, however, necessitates accessible in-person banking services and products. These include cash deposits and withdrawals, consultations, and account management, which digital channels cannot always entirely replicate.

KCP Kas Tanjung Senang building comes with a location close to the economic center, as well as traditional markets such as Tanjung Senang Market, Jatimulyo Market, and Karang Anyar Market. This sub-branch office occupies a 3-story shophouse building with a total area of 424.14m². The building has been equipped with ATM services, tellers, Customer Service Officers (CSO), and ample parking, all designed to offer convenience for both current and prospective customers.

As of May 2025, BCA had 1,264 branch offices and 19,681 ATMs nationwide, as well as internet and mobile banking services that can be accessed 24 hours. These facilities continue to provide convenience to more than 41 million customer accounts.
