Strengthening Customer Services in Kendari, BCA Inaugurates Kas Anduonohu Sub-Branch Office

 

Southeast Sulawesi, 16 June 2025 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) officially opened the Kas Anduonohu Sub-Branch Office (KCP) located at Jl. Bunggasi Subdistrict Poasia, Kendari, South Sulawesi, on Monday (16/6).

The opening  ceremony was attended by BCA Director Lianawaty Suwono, BCA Director Frengky Chandra Kusuma, Head of  BCA Regional Office IV Harijanto, and Head of BCA Main Branch Office Kendari Erwin Hendra. This new Kas KCP is part of BCA’s ongoing commitment to expanding banking services access while supporting economic activities of communities and business players in Kendari and its surrounding areas.

Head of BCA Regional Office IV Harijanto said, “The opening of the Kas Anduonohu Sub-Branch is a strategic move by BCA to strengthen the banking ecosystem in Southeast Sulawesi, especially in Kendari. As Kendari's economy continues to grow, there is an increasing need for financial services that are fast, secure, and easily accessible in person. We believe this Kas KCP will serve as a catalyst for local economic growth and demonstrate BCA’s commitment to providing excellent service and growing alongside the community.”

According to data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) in Kendari City, the key economic sectors that will contribute most significantly to Kendari’s gross regional domestic product (GRDP) in 2024 include construction, trade, agriculture, and fisheries. BCA is committed to supporting the city's economic growth by providing accessible in-person banking services, including cash deposits and withdrawals, consultations, and account management. BCA acknowledges that not all services can be fully replaced by digital channels. The Kas Anduonohu KCP is therefore expected to offer comprehensive financial solutions from BCA.

The Kas Anduonohu KCP is located in a two-story, 200-square-meter commercial building. The sub-branch is equipped with an ATM, teller services, a Customer Service Officer (CSO), and ample parking to ensure the convenience of existing and prospective customers.
