BCA Operational Schedule During Eid al-Adha 2025 Public Holiday and Collective Leave

 

Jakarta, 5 June 2025 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has adjusted the operational schedule of its branch offices in observance of the Eid al-Adha 2025 holiday. This adjustment follows the public holiday and collective leave schedule set by the government from 6-9 June 2025.

The following are the adjustments to BCA branch office operations during the Eid al-Adha 2025 public holiday and collective leave.

During the Eid al-Adha 2025 holiday period, customers are still able to easily access BCA’s banking services through the myBCA app, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and BCA’s extensive ATM network. All BCA branch offices will resume normal operations on Tuesday, 10 June 2025.

BCA President Director Hendra Lembong stated, "Customers are still able to securely access a wide range of banking services through the myBCA app, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), as well as BCA’s ATM network across various locations during the Eid al-Adha 2025 holiday period. BCA also offers cardless features via myBCA and BCA mobile, allowing customers to make cash deposits and withdrawals without using a physical card. This reflects our ongoing commitment to providing adaptive banking services that prioritize and understand the needs of our customers. BCA continuously promotes a hybrid service ecosystem that can be accessed both onsite and through digital platforms. We hope that BCA’s innovations and efforts will further enhance customer convenience in accessing a wide range of financial services throughout Eid al-Adha 2025."

During the holiday period, the public and customers can still open new accounts through the myBCA and BCA mobile apps. In addition, various transactions such as QRIS payments, Flazz top-ups, and data package purchases or reloads can continue to be carried out via both digital platforms. Specifically on the myBCA app, customers can also utilize the Paylater feature to meet urgent needs with the flexibility of deferred payment.
