BCA’s achievement as the #1 World's Best Banks in Indonesia emphasizes the company’s commitment to delivering the best banking services for customers.
The World's Best Banks is an initiative organized by Forbes in collaboration with the survey institute Statista. To determine the rankings, Forbes conducts a customer satisfaction survey involving more than 50,000 customers across 34 countries, assessing five key aspects, including trust, terms and conditions, customer service, digital services, and financial advice.

Forbes also reported that BCA is one of only 18 banks in the world to successfully maintain the top position in its respective country. This success is the result of the company’s consistency in strengthening its hybrid banking ecosystem, ranging from mobile and internet banking channels, point of sales, branch offices, ATMs, to contact centers.
On a consolidated basis, as of March 2025 BCA recorded total loans of Rp941 trillion, marking a 12.6% year-on-year (YoY) increase. Meanwhile, BCA and its subsidiaries posted a net profit of Rp14.1 trillion, growing 9.8% YoY in the first quarter of 2025. On the funding side, BCA’s total third-party funds (DPK) rose 6.5% YoY to reach Rp1.193 trillion as of March 2025. Current & savings account (CASA) funds grew by 8.3% YoY, reaching Rp979 trillion, or around 82% of the total third-party funds.
CASA growth was in line with BCA’s total transaction frequency, which grew 19% YoY, reaching 9.9 billion in the first quarter of 2025. In digital channels, the frequency of mobile and internet banking transactions reached 8.8 billion, a 22.2% YoY increase. At its peak, BCA even processed more than 200 million transactions in just one day. BCA has also strengthened its IT systems and infrastructure to be able to process more transactions.
As of March 2025, BCA served more than 41 million customer accounts, supported by 1,264 branch offices, 19,681 ATMs, as well as internet & mobile banking services and the Halo BCA contact center which can be accessed 24 hours.
