Euromoney Awarded BCA as The Best Bank for Premium Customers

 

Jakarta, 5 April, 2024 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) continues to strengthen its commitment to providing the best banking services for customers. This consistency has led BCA to be awarded by Euromoney Global Private Banking Awards 2024 as "Indonesia's Best for High-Net-Worth" and "Indonesia's Best for Next-Gen".

The Euromoney Global Private Banking Awards have been held for more than 20 years and recognizes private banking and wealth management that consistently deliver excellent service to their clients. This award recognizes BCA Solitaire and Prioritas, which provide excellent performance and banking services in line with the complex and diverse needs of premium segment customers. As of this time, BCA has provided services to nearly 200,000 BCA Solitaire and Priority customers.

Customers who join BCA Solitaire and Prioritas services can enjoy a variety of banking and non-banking privileges, ranging from special programs and services for foreign exchange transactions, KPR, and KKB, to special offers from various merchants from the health, lifestyle, travel, education, and business segments, which can be accessed in the 'Privilege' menu on MyBCA and BCA mobile applications.

BCA Solitaire and Priority customers can also enjoy various digital banking features, including a combined statement that makes it easier to monitor their financial portfolio.

BCA also provides additional services for BCA Solitaire and Prioritas customers who are young or next generation, to join the BCA Young Community. This service is provided for next generation customers to develop themselves and their businesses through business matching events between customers and seminars by selected speakers. With more than 2,000 members, BCA launched the BCA Young Community application in 2022 to encourage the exchange of ideas and exploration of business collaboration for its members.
