Customers can still use electronic channels to access services, such as ATM BCA, Internet banking (KlikBCA), mobile banking (m-BCA), and SMS Banking during Christmas and New Year holiday. For cash deposit services, customers can utilize BCA Cash Deposit ATM and ATM STAR (Deposit Withdrawal) BCA, available 24 hours a day.

“Just like the previous years, BCA has prepared Rp 15 Trillion in cash in anticipation of increased needs for cash. We will offer the best customer service during Christmas and New Year holiday periods,” BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja stated.
On top of cash availability, BCA also prepared for the holiday season by checking every ATM machine and making sure they operate properly to maximize the level of customer service. “ATM BCA will always be ready to serve those who would like to conduct transactions,” said Jahja.
