Hartono accepted the award in Jakarta, Friday (16/12).

Indonesia Best Banking Brand Award is organized by Warta Ekonomi Magazine to reward reputable banks in the terms of products and services based on consumers and Warta Ekonomi readers. The award is also expected to motivate Indonesian banks to continue the innovations to maintain a good reputation according to consumers. To determine the winner, the committee conducted a search using the desk research method in the annual report and monitor the reputation that has been obtained by the bank. The criteria used are the history of the bank, the reputation of products and services, and the strategies the bank undertakes to improve and maintain reputation from 2015 to 2016.
In addition, online-based surveys were conducted for 3,000 randomly selected customers and have SES ABC criteria, aged 20-45 years, have products and receive banking services. Based on these assessments, BCA is considered to have good reputation for its products and services so that entitled to get awards for five categories at once.
