BCA Directors Served Customers on National Customer Day to Show Their Appreciation

Jakarta, 2 September 2016 - Customer loyalty is the key to success of a company, as experienced by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA). As a token of appreciation for loyal customers, BCA Deputy President Director Armand W. Hartono, BCA Director Santoso, and BCA Director Lianawaty Suwono served customers participating in the National Customer Day event.

The service took place on 2 September 2016 to welcome National Customer Day that will take place on September 4, 2016. BCA Deputy President Director Armand W. Hartono was stationed at the BCA Main Branch Office (KCU) PIK and KCU Muara Karang, BCA Director Santoso was at KCU The City Tower (TCT) Sudirman, and BCA Director Lianawaty Suwono delivered services at KCU KCU Kedoya and Kelapa Gading.

"BCA continues to aim and implement customer service excellence. We continue to work so that customers smile after receiving solutions from our diverse banking products and services. Customer satisfaction is a source of inspiration in designing BCA products and services," Armand noted.

Armand added that the effort to understand and meet the needs of customers is a responsibility that is managed sustainably, given how customers' needs increase over time. Throughout 59 years of service for the Indonesian people, BCA continues to build customer confidence by providing a variety of products and services that fit the needs of banking customers. "National Customer Day served as a momentum for companies in Indonesia, including BCA, to remind and motivate all employees to improve upon the level of customer satisfaction and comfort in order to meet their needs on an ongoing basis," added Armand.

The highlight of National Customer Day will be held on 4 September 2016 on Car Free Day, Jakarta. BCA and various other companies in Indonesia will host an "Appreciation Parade" as a token of appreciation for their most loyal customers over the years. On occasion, companies will interact directly with customers.

In addition to participating in the "Appreciation Parade" on National Customer Day, customers can also enjoy songs with the theme "Live to Serve" that were specifically prepared as BCA’s ultimate gift. The songs were composed and sung by BCA employees themselves, and will be played simultaneously across BCA branch offices in Indonesia. Hopefully, the songs will encourage BCA to always provide the best customer service.
