BCA and BPJS Kesehatan Signed an MoU to Facilitate Membership Fee Payment

Jakarta, 20 June 2016 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk is committed to provide the best customer service and facilitate daily transaction needs of Indonesians, especially BCA’s loyal customers. The commitment is manifested in the MoU signing between BCA and Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan (BPJS Kesehatan) in regards to Banking Services and Expansion of Membership Scope Facilitation.

BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja, BCA Director Suwignyo Budiman, BPJS Kesehatan President Director Fachmi Idris, BPJS Kesehatan Finance and Investment Director Kemal Imam Santoso signed the MoU at Ballroom BPJS Kesehatan, Monday (20/6).

“BPJS Kesehatan plays an important role for Indonesians. In parallel with our mission to provide convenient transactions for public use, BCA supports membership fee payment for BPJS Kesehatan by taking advantage of BCA’s banking services. Through various BCA payment channels, customers will be able to pay BPJS Kesehatan fees without having to visit BCA branch office. For the initial stage, customers will be able to take advantage of Credit Card BCA autodebit payments,” Jahja explained.

In the future, customers will be able to pay their membership fees through other payment channels. “Using BCA payment channels, customers can pay their membership fees without having to provide cash payment, making the transaction easier and safer,” Jahja continued.

In addition to BCA banking facilities, BPJS Kesehatan will also be marketed to BCA customers. “This effort will expand the scope of BPJS Kesehatan membership. BCA hopes to invite more customers to be a part of BPJS Kesehatan and reap the benefits,” Jahja concluded.
