Jakarta, February 17th 2016 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) was awarded Net Promoter Customer Loyality Award 2016 for Credit Card (BCA with NPS Leader title), Housing Loan (BCA with NPS Leader title), Mobile Banking (m-BCA with BNPS Leader title), Internet Banking (Klik BCA with NPS Leader title), and Saving Account (BCA with NPS Good title) categories.
The event was hosted by Majalah SWA and Hachiko, and supported by Swanetwork on 17 February 2016 in Jakarta. BCA Head of Consumer Credit Operation Frans Sjarifudin, BCA Card Center Promotion and Communication Senior Manager I Ketut Alam Wangsawijaya, and BCA Internet dan Mobile Banking Deputy Manager Development Richard Gunawan Jusup attended the event to receive the awards. Head of Halo BCA Nathalya Wani Sabu also attended the event to share Halo BCA’s experience in nurturing customer relations.

We have explored countless ways to achieve this, such as through marketing activities and proven company performance that also became the qualifiers for the award tonight,” Frans stated.

Net Promoter Customer Loyality Award 2016 debuted in 2013, and was founded as a measuring tool for customer loyalty. The award entered its sixth year this year, and has consistently relied upon Net Promoter Score calculations in determining a company’s marketing results and financial performance. The NPS methodology is an exclusive new methodology developed by Satmetrix Systems Inc, Bain & Company & Reichheld.
