Appreciating Its Loyal Customers, BCA Board of Directors Serving Customers on National Customer Day

Jakarta, 4 September 2017 – Customers loyalty is one of the essential key to company success, as it experienced by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA). Therefore, BCA strategic move is always directed to meet the evolving customers’ needs for financial services and in line with the latest technology development trends. 

As a form of appreciation to its loyal customers, the board of directors of BCA also participated to serve customers at several BCA branch offices in Jakarta. President Director of BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja visited BCA Bintaro Main Branch Office, Director of BCA Henry Koenaifi at BCA Pluit Main Branch Office and BCA Pangeran Jayakarta Main Branch Office, and Director of BCA Santoso at BCA Pasar Baru Main Branch Office. 

“Not only were the products and services made to cater the needs of our customers, BCA is also committed to implement service excellence in providing services to customers. We are constantly striving for happy customers after getting solutions to their diverse needs for banking products and services. For BCA, customer satisfaction is the source of our inspiration as well as the main purpose of BCA products and services,” said Jahja. 

Jahja added that understanding and fulfilling customers’ needs is a continuously managed responsibility, as customer needs are constantly increasing over time. A wide range of competitive banking products and services are designed to fulfill customers’ financial needs, which as of June 2017 has amounted to 16 million accounts. BCA continues to develop value added products, not only for the bank customers but also for BCA subsidiaries. One of the most important things is the various work programs and efforts to adapt to technology developments and dynamic customer behavior in order to maintain BCA’s position as the leading bank in Indonesia. 

“National Customer Day is a great momentum for all companies in Indonesia, including BCA, to remind and motivate all their employees to vigorously improve customer satisfaction and convenience in order to continuously cater their needs,” Jahja concluded.
