Maintaining Its Banking Solution’s Quality, BCA Receives 7 Awards in Top Brand Award 2017

Jakarta, 23 February 2017 – Established on 21 February 1957, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) continues to make achievements throughout its 60 years of providing the best banking solutions to all of its loyal customers. One of them came in the 7 awards that BCA took home in Top Brand Award 2017, an award ceremony organized by Frontier Consulting Group and Majalah Marketing and dedicated to brands which have successfully reached top positions.

The Top Brand Award 2017 awards were given by CEO Frontier Consulting Group, Handi Irawan, to Senior Vice President of Halo BCA, Wani Sabu, Vice President of Funding & E-Channel Business of BCA, Sinta Handajani, and Vice President of Marketing Communication of BCA, Duardi Prihandiko, at Hotel Mulia, Jakarta, Thursday (23/2). At the event, BCA received Top Brand awards for seven product categories, namely Deposito, Credit Card, Prepaid Card (Flazz), Internet Banking (KlikBCA), Mobile Banking (m-BCA), Saving Account (Tahapan BCA), and Call Center (Halo BCA).

“Committed to become Indonesia’s top banking choice, BCA always strives to create innovations for its banking products and services and dedicate them for the needs of the customers. The continuous technological innovations that allow customers to have quick, easy, safe, and convenient transactions are the key to success for BCA in maintaining its product and service excellence amid the highly competitive banking industry,” said Wani Sabu.

Top Brand Award is dedicated to Indonesia’s top brands based on a survey of customers all over Indonesia. The national-scale survey was conducted to evaluate brand’s performance based on three parameters: mind share, market share, and commitment share, which collectively indicate brand power known as Top Brand Index (TBI). The survey was conducted in 15 Indonesian major cities, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Medan, Makasar, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Yogyakarta, Malang, Manado, and Banjarmasin with a total respondent of 14,000 customers.

“This award has been a great pride for the big family of BCA, who recently celebrated its 60th anniversary. It has become a reminder that the big family’s hard work in providing the best banking solutions has served its purpose in driving the customers’ satisfaction, convenience, and loyalty to keep using BCA products for their transactions,” added Wani.

Exactly on 21 February, BCA has marked its 60th anniversary. Committed to Become Better in its 60th anniversary, BCA has recently launched several innovative products, including the New Paspor BCA, eBranch BCA, Halo BCA Chat, Vira (Virtual Assistant Chat Banking BCA). Not only that, BCA also offers some great anniversary promos, including a special house financing program with 2-year fixed 6.0% eff. p.a, and 3-year capped 6.88% eff.p.a in the subsequent years, and car financing with 3,60% interest rate for 36-month credit period. On the sidelines of the award, Wani expressed his expectation that the numerous innovations and special offers could become value added for the customers and the public and allow BCA to stay on top of mind in various products and services that it offers.

Top Brand Award is an award given to Indonesia’s best brands based on a customer survey in Indonesia assessed on three parameters, which include: mind share, market share, and commitment share which collectively indicate a brand power known as Top Brand Index (TBI). The seven awards is proof that BCA’s products and services continuously stay as the top of mind to be reckoned with in Indonesian banking industry.
