The efforts made by BCA, in connection with its role in digitization, has garnered appreciation and recognition from MarkPlus Inc in collaboration with InTouch and Krista Exhibition at the Mobile DNA 2018. BCA succeeded to snatch an award in the Applicationcategory, with a sub of Financial Technology (Digital Banking Application).
Attending to receive the award was Senior Executive Vice President of Group Strategic Information Technology of BCA, which was directly submitted by Founder & Chairman of MarkPlus Inc Hermawan Kartajaya, accompanied by Chief Executive Officer InTouch Innovate Indonesia Hendra Kendro in Jakarta, Thursday (06/12). “With the adoption of innovative digital banking services, BCA stands out as a banking institution that always keeps pace with continuous advances of digitalization. We continue to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty through our top digital products, which we continue to upgrade according to customer needs,” explainedi Hermawan.
Mobile DNA Award 2018 is an award platform that also features seminars and exhibitions initiated by MarkPlus Inc in collaboration with InTouch dan Krista Exhibition. The awards are a set of three categories namely Devices, Networks, and Application (DNA). This time, BCA won an award in the Application category, under the sub-category of Financial Technology (Digital Banking Application).
BCA has produced two innovative product portfolios to serve its customers, namely Virtual Assistant Chat Banking BCA (VIRA) and Sakuku. VIRA is a chat-based banking services application that can be accessed through smartphones. VIRA can help customers obtain information on BCA’s products and services, promotions as well as banking transactions including checking savings balance and account mutation, and credit card registration and information. Meanwhile, Sakuku is an electronic money that can be used to perform transactions such as shopping, topping up phone credits, and other banking services. By using Sakuku, you holiday and hangouts will be more enjoyable.
BCA also launches QRku, a latest feature of BCA that provide ease of transfer for both non-financial and financial BCA Mobile users as well as Sakuku users, by scanning a QR code. The QR Code technology is designed to facilitate people in various industrial sectors in performing fund transfers.
