Prague, 09 November 2018 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA)’s consistency and innovative products and services has once again recognized. This time, Halo BCA – Digital Service Center and Technological Innovation System Group earned international recognition, nabbing 19 awards at the Contact Center World (CCW) Award 2018. BCA brought home 15 Gold, 3 Silver and 1 Bronze medals.
Attending to receive the award was Executive Vice President of Center of Digital of BCA Wani Sabu, handed over by President of Contact Center World Raj Wadhwani as well as the team of Halo BCA who also competed in Prague, Friday (09/11). “It is a great honor for us to bring home a total of 19 awards, wining various titles for various types of services of the BCA Digital Services Center. We want to send our sincere gratitude to Contact Center World (CCW) Award 2018 for its continuous appreciation of the efforts and hard work made by the entire management of BCA in transforming banking services to satisfy BCA’s loyal customers,” said Wani.
BCA won the Gold medal in the Individual Category that includes the Sales Manager, Quality Auditor, IT Support, Project Manager, CS Professional, and SalesProfessional category. The bank also won Silver medal for the Operational Manager and Trainer category. Besides that, BCA also won Gold medal in the Corporate Category for Incentive Scheme, Best Use of Social Media, Recruitment Campaign, Green Contact Center, Contact Center Design, Customer Loyalty, Community Spirit, Technology Innovation, and Best in Customer Service, as well as Silver medal for Self Service Technology and Bronze medal for Help Desk category.
Contact Center World (CCW) Award 2018 is an annual competition where the best contact centers from Asia Pacific, North and South America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. CCW 2018 is attended by more than 50 countries and 135 companies. In Asia Pacific alone, there were 141 participants who passed the initial test, which were divided into 37 categories. After going through a rigorous selection process, Halo BCA succeeded to snag 19 awards.
Furthermore, BCA won the title of Industry Champion Corporate, with Wani Sabu, Executive Vice President Center of Digital of BCA, also won the title of Industry Champion Individual. For these achievements, BCA has been crowned the highest rank at the Contact Center World 2018 as the Indonesian participant with most gold medals.
