Jakarta, 19 October 2018 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) always strive to meet the needs of customers’ financial transactions, including in the disaster-affected areas in Palu and Donggala, South Sulawesi.
“As of today, Friday (19/10), all BCA branch offices in Palu and BCA ATMs located in the region have resumed normal operations. We continue to coordinate with regulators, including Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and other related parties such as Telkom and PLN to restore BCA facilities,” said Jan Hendra, Corporate Secretary of BCA.
Jan further said that BCA is still working to recover the ATM network, especially those outside the branch office region. There are 18 ATMs from a total of 34 ATMs in Palu that have resumed normal operation. Meanwhile, mobile banking (m-BCA) and internet banking (KlikBCA) services remain accessible, as long as the telecommunications network remains remains functional.
