Information on Palu Network Status

Jakarta, 1 October 2018 – In connection with the earthquake in Palu and its surrounding area, the Management of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) would like to express its deepest sympathy.

Regarding BCA’s banking services, we hereby inform you that our Branch Offices, Cash Offices, and BCA ATM networks in Palu and its surroundings are still not able to serve customers in affected areas.

We apologize for the inconvenience. BCA will try to immediately restore our network services if conditions permit, in coordination with the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia.
