This time, BCA won two awards at the Social Business Innovation Award & Green CEO 2018, namely Top 5 Social Business Innovation Company 2018 for Banking category and Green CEO 2018 for Banking category.
Attending to receive the Social Business Innovation Award & Green CEO 2018, Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Strategic Alliances of BCA Rudy Budiardjo, handed over by Editor-in-Chief of Warta Ekonomi Muhamad Ihsan, Inspector of Ministry of Environment and Forestry Ilyas Asaad, and Founder & President Commissioner of Warta Ekonomi Fadel Muhammad in Jakarta, Thursday (27/09).
On the occasion, Rudy expressed his gratitude to all involved parties that value BCA’s hard work and efforts in implementing the appropriate policies and good work management. "The awards serve as one of the drivers to continue provide better services and products to our loyal customers,” added Rudy.
Social Business Innovation & Green CEO Award is an annual award event held by Warta Ekonomi as a form of appreciation to companies that not only focus on expanding their business, but also actively contributing to building social welfare. This includes companies that have successfully made innovations an effort to further boost industrial growth. In addition to that, it also rewards company leaders who promote nature and environment preservation.
In determining companies that have successfully implemented social and sustainable innovations, Warta Ekonomi make an assessment based on five indicators, namely Corporate Governance, Community Involvement and Development, Consumer Issues, Environment Performance, and Organization Performance. BCA was then chosen as one of the winners because it is considered as a company that has been successful in developing its social and environmental programs.
