Attending the Indonesia Banking Award 2018 ceremony was Executive Vice President of Service Operation Strategy & Development of BCA Lilik Winarni, Executive Vice President of Group Digital Innovation Solutions of BCA Jayaprawirya Diah, and Executive Vice President of Risk Management of BCA Eduard Guntoro Purba in Jakarta, Wednesday (26/09).
Lilik said that the awards BCA received tonight become a source of motivation and benchmark for BCA to continue to provide top service for all of its loyal customers. "This achievement is not an individual success, but we believe that it is the support from the BCA management that has driven us to be better and also customer trust that’s been entrusted to us to continue serve their needs of financial services,” explained Lilik.
Indonesia Banking Award (IBA) is an award program that reward the best banks in Indonesia. IBA is annual event since 2008 as a collaboration between PT Tempo Media and Indonesia Banking School (IBS). The award is held to stimulate the banks in Indonesia to continue to grow and innovate in providing quality financial services from all aspects to the public.
This time, BCA won four awards, namely The Most Efficient Bank based on the criteria for banks with the best and most efficient financial performance.
