BCA Nabbed 11 Awards at Satisfaction Loyalty Engagement Awards 2018

Jakarta, 17 May 2018 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is again recognized for its expertise in optimizing banking services for its loyal customers. This time, BCA nabbed 11 awards at the Infobank Satisfaction Loyalty Engagement Awards 2018. Initiated by Media Infobank, the award was submitted to Executive Vice President of Service Operation Strategy & Development of BCA Lilik Winarni, Executive Vice President of Individual Customer Business Development of BCA Ugahary Yovvy Chandra and Executive Vice President of Electronic Banking Services of BCA Joanes Justira Gunawan together with the management of BCA at Hotel Ayana, Jakarta (17/05).

The eleven awards include Rank 1 Overall Satisfaction Loyalty Engangement (SLE), Rank 1 Net Promotor Score (NPC) Conventional Commercial Bank, Rank 1 Experience Index 2018 Conventional Commercial Bank, Rank 1 Engagement Index Conventional Commercial Bank, Rank 2 Satisfaction Index 2018 Conventional Commercial Bank, Rank 3 Loyalty Index 2018 Conventional Commercial Bank, Rank 1 Satisfaction Index 2018 Security Guards of Conventional Commercial Bank, Rank 1 Satisfaction Index 2018 Customer Service of Conventional Commercial Bank, Rank 1 Satisfaction Index 2018 Teller of Conventional Commercial Bank, Rank 1 Satisfaction Index 2018 Physical Conventional Commercial Bank, Rank 3 Satisfaction Index 2018 ATM Conventional Commercial Bank.

Besides the award, the Infobank Satisfaction Loyalty Engagement Awards 2018 also invited Executive Vice President of Service Operation Strategy & Development of BCA Lilik Winarni as one of the keynote speakers at the ‘How to Build an Advanced Customers’ seminar. “To build customer trust and loyalty, BCA is always encouraging innovations in information technology that are beneficial for the community and continuously innovating to deliver excellent service to the people of Indonesia,” said Lilik. 

Infobank Satisfaction Loyalty Engagement Awards 2018 is based on the research results by Marketing Research Indonesia (MRI) and the Infobank Research Bureau that measure the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty (satisfaction loyalty engagement) in 21 Conventional Commercial Bank, Syariah Commercial Bank (BUS), and the Regional Development Bank (BPD) in six major cities, namely Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Semarang, Medan, and Makassar. Based on the research, BCA is considered successful in optimizing the service to the customers and successfully meet the needs of the community in banking transactions.

BCA Provides Seminar - Executive Vice President of Service Operation Strategy & Development of BCA Lilik Winarni gave a presentation as a keynote speaker at "How To Build an Advanced Customers" seminar at the Infobank Satisfaction Loyalty Engagement Awards 2018 in Jakarta, Thursday (17/05). At the seminar, she talked about the importance of building customer trust and loyalty that pushes BCA to always provide innovations in information technology that are beneficial for the community and also deliver excellent service to the customers.
