Bogor, 7 March 2018 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) continues to support institutions in Indonesia. This time, BCA is promoting cash management solution for approximately 70 educational institutions in Bogor to facilitate banking transactions. Attending the event was Head of BCA Main Branch Office Bogor Tony Djajasaputra and representatives from several educational institutions in Bogor on Wednesday (07/03).
“The dissemination of cash management solutions for institutions in Indonesia serves as a form of BCA’s commitment to reach out and support all element of society from various fields, including the education sector. Therefore, BCA introduces cash management solutions, especially to the management of educational institutions to allow these insitutions to collect tuition and other school fees from students more easily,” explained Tony.
Tony added that many benefits can be obtained from the program they promote to the school managements in Bogor area. Schools no longer need to compile or devise income reports from students’ parents because all is managed by the BCA systems. Parents will also benefit the ease of payment via ATMs, gadgets, or computers. All payments will be recorded in BCA virtual accounts that will be forwarded to or collected by the schools themselves.
The various payments made by students including monthly payment and other school fees can be done with ease through BCA’s Internet Banking, namely KlikBCA Bisnis or KlikBCA Business Integrated Solution. Not only that, this BCA service is also equipped with an application programing interface (API) solution. This will certainly be faster, easier, and relatively cheaper in accommodating the company’s needs to obtain integrated banking services.
Through this system, BCA also allows an ease of identification and reconciliation of funds collected as well as obtaining transaction information in real time for educational insitutions or companies. These digital solutions is an opportunity for customers and consumers to perform transactions quickly to get the appropriate services,” Tony concluded.
