Halo BCA Wins 26 Awards at Contact Center World 2019

Barcelona, 06 December 2019 – The concistency and innovation of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) in providing banking products and services has once again recognized. This time, BCA garnered international recognition, where Halo BCA – Digital Service Center and Technology Innovation System Group snagged 26 awards at the 2019 Top Ranking Perfomance Award Contact Center World. BCA managed to win at two categories, namely individual and corporate categories and brought home 17 gold medals, 8 silver medals, and 1 bronze medal. 

Attending to visit the awards was Executive Vice President Center of Digital of BCA Wani Sabu, which was submitted by President of Contact Center World Raj Wadhwani and also Halo BCA team that participated in the competition in Barcelona, Friday (06/12). “This year, we are grateful for being able to bring home a total of 26 awards at the 2019 Top Ranking Perfomance Award Contact Center World. This is a tangible demonstration of BCA’s efforts in making sustainable transformation within Halo BCA to provide service excellence where our loyal customers can enjoy its positive outcome,” said Wani. 

In Corporate category, BCA won the Gold medal for Best in Mega Contact Center, Best in Customer Service, Helpdesk, Green Contact Center, Contact Center Design, Community Spirit, Direct Response Campaign, Outbound Campaign, Best Use of Social Media and Best Recruitment Campaign.  In individual category, BCA won the Gold medal for Best Analyst, Quality Auditor, HR, IT Support, Supervisor, Operation Manager and Trainer. As for Silver medal in corporate category, BCA won the Best Self-Service Technology, Technology Innovation, Sales Campaign, also in the individual category, BCA also won the Best Executive Director, Sales Manager, WFM, Project Manager, and Sales Professional

The 2019 Top Ranking Perfomance Award Contact Center World is the 14th annual competition that brings together the best practitioners and contact center companies from Asia Pacific, America, Europe and Middle East countries. The CCW 2019 was attended by more than 50 countries and 1500 participants. It is a follow-up event of APAC 2019, where the qualifiers will be separated between regions to find the best company in the global stage. After passing a rigorous test and competition, Halo BCA won 26 awards.

BCA Snagged 26 Awards at Contact Center World in Barcelona – Executive Vice President Center of Digital of BCA Wani Sabu (seventh left) accompanied by Senior Vice President Center of Digital of BCA Reni Septiana (seventh right) received the Best in Mega Contact Center award, which was submitted by the President of Contact Center World Raj Wadhwani (sixth left) at the Contact Center World (CCW) Award 2019 in Barcelona, Friday (06/12). Besides, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) managed to win 25 awards recognizing the Bank BCA’s efforts in providing innovative services and financial solution products on an ongoing basis. The awards consisted of 17 gold medals, 8 silver medals and 1 bronze medal.
