Surabaya, 22 July 2019 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is relocating Tunjungan Plaza Sub-Branch Office (KCP) to provide ease and comfort for customers. The new office of KCP Tunjungan Plaza is now located at Pakuwon Tower, which is integrated with the Tunjungan City Superblock, on Tunjungan Plaza 6.
KCP Tunjungan Plaza officially operates in its new office building as of 22 July 2019. The inauguration ceremony of the new office was marked by cutting tumpeng, which was performed by Head of BCA Regional Office III Frengky Chandra Kusuma, in Surabaya on Monday (22/07). Also attending the ceremony was the management of BCA, Pakuwon Group, and BCA’s loyal customers.
Frengky said that the growing trend of digitalization today has also contributed to a number of digital transformations made by BCA, which about 97% of the transactions at BCA are digital. The customers of BCA are enjoying the ease that the bank provides through the internet and mobile banking, and various other applications, features, non-cash payment tools provided by BCA.
However, BCA is confident that the role of branch offices will never be replaced. Intense humanist and personal face-to-face communication between the banks and customers can ensue at the branch representation. BCA always want to be by Your Side. Not only through a gadget or application, but it also tries to continuously build communication, affability and direct interaction with customers.
“The Sub-branch Office’s presence gives assurance that BCA genuinely wants to prioritize customer needs, providing great comfort, ease and security to customers. BCA wish to help meet the various needs of financial services and transactions as well as supporting positive economic growth in this area,” said Frengky.
As is known, KCP Tunjungan Plaza adds to the 1,246 BCA branch offices scattered all across Indonesia, 17,688 ATMs as well as transactions made over the 24-hr internet and mobile banking systems. The said infrastructure has processed transactions from 20 million customer accounts.
BCA carried out digital transformation through internet and mobile banking, and other applications, features, non-cash payment tools, such as Flazz BCA, Sakuku, DUITT, and other features including QRku, OneKlik BCA, BCA Keyboard, and Opening Account Online. To connect with BCA via Halo BCA, BCA has also provided ease through chat applications, including VIRA BCA, BCA Webchat, and BCA WhatsApp.
