- Fee Changes
Effective August 1, 2023, a new fee for SMS info service will apply. The details are as follows:

- Terms of Service Termination
The info via SMS service will be terminated automatically if there is failure to send SMS to the registered customer number for six consecutive months or more.
What is Info via SMS Service?
The Info via SMS service is a paid service that informs balance and transactions via SMS. To get this service, you must first register at the nearest BCA branch. Make sure the phone number you register is active in order to receive accurate balance and transaction information.
If your phone number has been registered with the Info via SMS service, here are the services you get:
- Daily Balance Information
You will receive an SMS containing the latest balance information from the registered account every day at 07:00. You can easily monitor your balance without having to go through BCA’s e-Channel.
Besides daily balance information, the info via SMS service can also make it easier for you to receive transaction notifications. Each time a transaction occurs, you will receive an SMS containing transaction details such as date, time, transaction type, and amount.
To terminate the service, you can go to a BCA branch office or via Halo BCA.
