To ensure the security and reliability of our services, there will be an update to the minimum operating system (OS) requirements for the Merchant BCA application.
This update applies to both Android and iOS devices. For Android users, the minimum supported version is Android OS 8. For iOS users, the minimum supported version is iOS 15.

- Choose “About Phone”
- Choose “System Update”
- If available, click “Download and Install”
iOS Based Device
- Open “Settings”
- Choose “General”
- Choose “Software Update”
- If available, click “Download and Install”

Important:
With this update, devices running below iOS 15 or Android OS 8 will no longer be able to update to the latest version of the Merchant BCA app.
