To ensure smooth transactions while in China, payment methods such as Alipay or Weixin Pay (also known as WeChat Pay) can be prepared in advance. BCA customers may use BCA Debit and Credit Cards to connect directly to Alipay and Weixin Pay as a source of funds when making payments through these two applications.

With this connection, transactions in China can be completed more conveniently and quickly without the need to carry large amounts of cash, as each transaction will directly deduct funds from the linked account or credit card limit.

Be sure to complete registration and passport verification in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of Alipay and WeChat Pay in advance to ensure successful transactions. After successful registration, follow the steps below to link a BCA Debit Card or Credit Card.

Transactions in China are now more convenient and efficient when BCA Debit and Credit Cards are linked to Alipay and Weixin Pay. Another important step is to ensure that international transactions and online debit or e-commerce transactions on the linked BCA Debit Card or Credit Card are activated prior to departure.

For BCA Debit Card users who have activated the Foreign Currency Wallet feature, ensure that the balance in the Foreign Currency Wallet is sufficient before making a transaction. Alternatively, activate the Foreign Currency Wallet Transactions with Main Account Debit feature so that transactions can still be processed even if the Foreign Currency Wallet balance is insufficient.
