How to Purchase an Internet Data Package on myBCA
- Log in to myBCA using your BCA ID and password.
- In the Payment & Top Up section, select the Mobile Data menu (with a cellphone icon).
- Choose the source of fund from the accounts linked to myBCA.
- Enter mobile number or select a number from your contact list, then choose the data package you want to buy.
- Review the purchase details, including the funding source, mobile number, and package amount.
- Once all details are correct, confirm the purchase by entering your myBCA PIN.
- The purchase is successful! Don't forget to save the payment receipt on your phone.
How to Pay Postpaid Bills on myBCA
- Log in to myBCA using your BCA ID and password.
- In the Payment & Top Up section, select the Post Paid menu (with a cellphone icon).
- Choose the source of fund from the linked account.
- Select the name of your service provider.
- Enter area code and phone number for the bill payment.
- Review the transaction details, including the source of fund, phone number, bill amount, and total payment. Please note that an admin fee applies per billing month.
- Confirm the payment by entering your myBCA PIN.
- Payment successful! Be sure to save the transaction receipt on your phone.
