Branch Services Feature in myBCA Makes Transactions Easier Before Visiting a BCA Branch

There's something new in the myBCA app, namely Branch Service feature.

This feature is available to all myBCA users and is part of BCA's commitment to enhancing customer experience and fulfilling myBCA's mission to be your one-stop solution for banking needs.

Benefits and Uses of the Branch Services Feature

As the name suggests, the Branch Services feature allows customers to complete e-Forms and transaction slips digitally before visiting any BCA branch office.

The e-Form is an electronic form that customers must fill out to conduct transactions according to BCA's applicable policies.

Once the form is completed, customers will receive a Reference Number or transaction ID, generated automatically.

For Solitaire and Prioritas Customers, this feature also enables Teller and Customer Service (CS) reservations, allowing them to schedule their visits without long waits at the branch.

Branch Services Product Features and Conditions in myBCA

The Branch Services feature on myBCA offers five services options for customers:

  • Cash Withdrawal
  • Cash Deposit
  • Transfer between BCA Accounts
  • Teller Reservation (available only for Solitaire & Prioritas Customers)
  • CS Reservation (available only for Solitaire & Prioritas Customers)

When using the product features above, customers must comply with several term and conditions set by BCA, including

  • The Reference Number for Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawal, and Transfer between BCA Accounts transactions is valid for 30 calendar days.
  • Transaction limits for Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawal, and Transfer between BCA Accounts follow the respective branch's policies.
  • Teller and CS reservations for Solitaire and Prioritas Customers can only be made up to 2 days in advance.

Follow these steps to access the Branch Services feature on the myBCA mobile app or web

  1. Log in to the myBCA mobile app or web.
  2. On the homepage, select “Others”
  3. Select “Branch Services” in Main Menu
  4. Follow the instructions based on your specific banking needs

With the Branch Services feature in myBCA, customers can complete transactions faster at any BCA branch by registering in advance.
